PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all Mastercard, Visa Credit and Debit Cards, American Express is also welcome as payment both online or by phone. We are also able to facilitate Direct Deposit, however Personal Cheques are unable to be processed.  If in the event we are unable to authorise payment for your order, we will contact you via phone or email to assist finalising your purchase.

SHIPPING

All sales are in AUD, includes GST , Shipping is added to the final Total. Costs are a flat rate of $15 within Australia and $25 to New Zealand.  AUSTRALIA EXPRESS POST SATCHELS are used for delivery within 2 - 5 days depending on location.

EXCHANGE / CREDIT NOTES

- Our products are subject to the Manufacturer’s guidelines for use and general wear and tear, they cannot be returned for change of mind.

- Any items for exchange must be returned in new and unused condition with the designer tags attached, unworn, unwashed and in pristine condition - as it was sold.

- A store credit for the exchange item's same value may be offered by Swim Style Noosa in its sole discretion if a replacement is not available. A store credit will not be offered where any other condition of the garment return policy is not met.

- Credit Notes provided on exchange for returned goods must be redeemed within 12 months of issue.

- Sale items are Final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- No monies will be refunded for the exchange of an item of lesser value
